East Snyder Regional Recreation Association – A 501 c 3 Not for Profit

What does a 501 ( c ) 3 mean……..
This means we have been determined by the IRS to be exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to us are deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code.
Our organization, or (501 (c) 3), was further classified as a public charity by the IRS. This was based on the information provided and the request we made on Form 1023 of our application, meaning, having broad public support .

Donations are tax deductible and can be forwarded to The East Snyder Regional Recreation Association. Help us build this 40 acre planned recreational facility for all to enjoy forever.
