As we develop the ESP park and make it green we also are protecting a valuable asset and soon to be a natural area for flowers, birds, butterfly's and natural occurring plants in the wetland.  The area has been under development all summer with a bee hive of activity, landscaping, planting and construction of natural features.  The bridge over the outlet end has been placed and soon will have the deck, railing and seating installed.  This will be a very tranquil area that you will hopefully be able to see the flowers in bloom in the spring.  We were fortunate to have one of the Selinsgrove Center's Residents construct bird houses for this area.  The 5 boxes will be added to the existing three that have been home to various birds all summer.  Please feel free to visit this work in progress and enjoy.

***If you love plants and nature please join us in the development of this area.***
